Facility Description
We’re a boutique 3PL just outside Philadelphia, built specifically for ecommerce brands that have outgrown “figure-it-out” fulfillment but aren’t ready to be just another account in a massive network.
Swifthouse focuses on FBA prep, DTC fulfillment, and multichannel operations across Shopify and Amazon. The model is simple: tight workflows, experienced operators, and no noise.
Most fulfillment issues don’t come from lack of technology. They come from unclear processes, inconsistent execution, and no real ownership. That’s what we’re built to solve.

• Same-day fulfillment at cutoff, with 2–5 day delivery coverage across most of the U.S.
• Invoices that are actually readable, typically 4–5 lines, not 40+
• Direct access to a dedicated operator who works on your account daily

• Flexible workflows for labeling, kitting, bundling, and custom packaging
We intentionally limit onboarding to two new clients per month because rushed implementations create long-term problems. We’d rather start clean and scale correctly than fix avoidable mistakes later.
